Hey Everyone!!! I am now on day 6 of my raw food detox!!! Yaaay Me! :) I' am really loving this raw food detox! I love how creative I can be with creating meals but also most importantly I love that I'am learning how to eat much healthier, so I can teach my son. I haven't experienced many side effects as of yet. I do get lightheaded at times but when that happens I may sure I drink plenty of water and eat a nice big salad or snack on some fruits.
Since being on this detox I'm constantly searching online for raw food recipes that I may like to try or tweak to make my own. I came across the wonderful website called Healthy Blender Recipes. What I really love about this website is the fact that I don't have to go digging around looking to see if all the ingredients included in the recipes are all raw or not. I can simply just click Raw Recipes, and there is a list of recipes with pics!(I love pictures with recipes!!) And the recipes are really easy!!! Tonight I made the Avocado Gazpacho. Now if you're like me and don't have a nice blender that will easily blend everything up, you may have to run your ingredients through a food processor first. I did tweak the recipe to my liking but it was still delicious! My baby Jayden loved it!!!
